Cancellation Policy
Appointment Setting Once the appointment is booked online, you will be contacted via text or phone call to confirm the details of the appointment, including location and type of notarization required. A non-refundable deposit may be required during appointment confirmation. The deposit may include an agreed-upon travel fee. You will receive a text or phone call the day of the appointment to confirm the appointment. Late Fees A $15 late fee will apply 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a No-Show. Any fees paid in advance will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy If needed, you may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Rescheduling You are allowed one time to reschedule your appointment time with no additional fee if done up to 1 hour before the appointment start time.
